The Cure is the Inspirational first single from KUKU's latest album Soldier of Peace (BÁLÓGŪN ÌRÒRÙN), slated for release in September 2011.

The song was inspired by KUKU's encounter with a little boy who was diagnosed with cancer around 2006. Although the young fighter later passed away in 2010, KUKU recalls little the boy's spirit as he did not let illness define him, he seemed like perfectly healthy child until the terminal stages of the diseases.

The Cure is a song about overcoming adversity, it's a survivals anthem, it's a ballad survival, courage, and resilience against all of lives trials and tribulations.

I am your victor
If you're insulting you will be punish
So take caution)

Long ago I swear that I will never cry again
The only tear that will roll down this eyes are tears of joy
You can do your worst, I will only rise,
Like the phoenix I will soar

f you're fire, then I'm water
I'm your worst nightmare your cure
If you are cancer then I'm chemotherapy,
I'm the cure
If you're bondage, then I'm freedom
I'm you're hatred then I'm love
If you are cancer then I'm chemotherapy,
I'm the cure to your hurt.

I've gone this far will all the obstacles you're thrown my way
The only way I'm falling is in love
You can push and shove, you can't move this rock
I've been placed here by the mighty hands of God
